30 Minute workout WITH ME (video)

No Equipment – No Excuses

In 2015 I hosted a 14 day workout challenge online. I do not ask my clients, friends, or followers to do anything I myself am not willing to do. For those 14 days, I personally completed every 30 minute workout WITH YOU as well as wrote encouraging devotionals for each day to keep you going spiritually as well. All workouts were completed at home with no equipment needed. Here is the physical workout from DAY 3 of “The Foundation Challenge”

 

No Equipment – No Excuses

CIRCUIT 1: 10 MINUTES OF WORK
30 sec: Alternating Lunge (step front)
30 sec: Alternating Lunge (step back)
30 sec: Pop Squat
30 sec: Plank – shoulder taps

2 MINUTE RECOVERY

CIRCUIT 2: 10 MINUTES OF WORK
30 sec: Fire hydrant pulse (right leg)
30 sec: Fire hydrant pulse (left leg)
30 sec: Plank – alternating knees in
30 sec: REST

2 MINUTE RECOVERY

5 MINUTE FULL BODY FINISH & COOL DOWN
Down & Ups (knees)
Plie squeeze
Standing knees up
Butt kickers
Cool down
