If I don’t have a plan in place and am not accountable to some sort of timeframe or person, there’s a strong chance the day just “gets away from me” and all of a sudden I’m rushing home from work, making dinner, and then too exhausted to do anything except lay on the couch watching some television show or soaking in the tub with a book – trying to stay awake until I can flip the laundry. Can you relate? I can help!

Having a personal trainer physically in front of you is not necessary for everyone. If you just had a  specific plan that worked for your own lifestyle and schedule; a program that utilized what you had access to and time for, you’d be set. Is that you?


Yes! This is YOUR program for YOUR lifestyle! I have spent years training clients and teaching group fitness classes. I have trained clients in the gym, in their own basement or backyard, and even at the park while their children play. I have trained elite athletes, I have trained obese individuals who eventually found that inner athlete, and I have trained stay-at-home moms who just want to find a balance and healthy lifestyle for themselves. What I have found is as long as there is a plan in place, people succeed. I have also found, and experienced myself (because yes I have downloaded them) that [insert Instagram fitness model]’s “8 weeks to your dream body” program is exciting for about the first 10 days then it’s a struggle, it’s not working for me, I don’t have the time, I don’t want to buy all the equipment, and quite frankly that image on the cover of the program… I don’t want that body!

You are unique. God created you that way. You have a life, so let’s work with that life, not against it… because that’s really what it’s all about.

So before you throw in the towel or attempt to download and start one more one-size-fits-all plan, consider doing something for YOU. This is YOUR life and YOU are worth it.


This individualized six week program will set you up for success. This is your roadmap to working out and making healthy choices all within your lifestyle. Whether you enjoy sitting at the coffee shop every morning while you work or you travel every weekend, I will set you up with healthy choices to make when ordering, and even in-room hotel workouts. My goal is your goal so I will do whatever we need to get you there. Do you take your kids to the park three mornings a week? Send me a picture of the park and play area and BOOM, your workout will be created right there and you will be able to complete it while still keeping an eye on your children and playing with them.
